The limited space at our customer&#8217;s site was no problem for our very compact design, as the CombiMaster brings a complete cooling and heating system in just one 40-foot container. The requirement was to achieve a fresh concrete temperature from the mixer of 27-21 \u00b0 C \/ 81-70 \u00b0 F at an ambient temperature of 30-35 \u00b0 C \/ 86-95 \u00b0 F in summer. While in winter 15 \u00b0 C \/ 59 \u00b0 F concrete at -10 \u00b0 C \/ 14 \u00b0 F ambient temperature is the target.\u00a0Both temperature requirements are to be achieved with a production capacity of 300-600 m\u00b3 \/ 390-785 yd\u00b3 of concrete per day. Specially designed and manufactured air nozzles were supplied by us to the customer and installed in the silo chambers to ensure perfect distribution of hot or cold air through the aggregates and sand. Furthermore, our service technicians installed the air ducts and water pipes. The commissioning of the plant was done in two steps. First for the cooling side before the summer season.
